Terms and conditions for purchases at Central Seat
*UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL PRICES ARE PER PERSON/PER TICKET

Please note the following

- Nothing is booked or held off. Availability and prices can change quickly.
- Upon purchase, you will receive either a payment link or an invoice that must be paid.
- All ticket purchases must go through us at the Concierge.
- There may be an age limit for the event you wish to attend. Please state the age if children will be attending
- Terms and conditions apply to our partner and you can find these below. Please read these carefully before confirming any purchase.

All bookings are binding upon purchase.
Tickets cannot be canceled after a booking has been made. In some cases, we may resell the tickets for a fee. However, there is no guarantee that resale can be made.
The price includes tickets only, it does not include flights or hotels.
In some cases, the event may be moved or the time changed close to the regular event date due to various reasons. In all cases, we do not have tickets directly through the venue, artist or sports team. Therefore, we may not always receive the information in time to make you aware of such a change. Please check the venue's website or call just before the event to verify the date and time.
If your event is canceled, you will be entitled to a refund unless otherwise stated.


Please note that shipping costs are not refundable for canceled events.
The physical ticket needs to be returned to us in the event of a cancellation.
If the event is postponed, please keep your tickets as they will be valid for the new date.
There are no refunds for postponed events.
We usually have no direct connection with any venue, artist or sports team for late bookings to sold-out events. Therefore, the purchase cost may not reflect the face value printed on the ticket but may be higher or lower.

We would like to draw your attention to the following:
* The price of tickets through these suppliers is always higher than the regular price.
* The date and time of the event may be changed after the tickets are printed.
* The customer is responsible for checking that the date and time are correct before the event itself.
* The order is binding and tickets are non-refundable in the event of a change of event date.
* There is no guarantee of exact seating, only that you will be seated in the category ordered.
* It is therefore recommended that you do not dress in the away team's supporter's clothing for a match, as you may be refused entry to the stadium.
